It’s a powerful, grounding blend of three of nature’s most respected nervines: Valerian Root, Passion Flower, and Catnip. While many people think of Catnip just for their pets, it’s actually an incredible sedative for humans that settles the nervous system, while the Passion Flower works to stop those repetitive thoughts from looping. The Valerian Root provides that deep, heavy relaxation your body craves, making this blend ideal for those restless nights when sleep feels just out of reach. It’s not about knocking you out artificially; it’s about helping your body remember how to rest.

​To get the best results, you’ll want to take about 20 to 30 drops (roughly a dropper full) in a small amount of water or juice about 30 minutes before bed. If you’ve had a particularly stressful day, you can take a smaller dose of 10 to 15 drops earlier in the evening to help wind down, but save the full dose for bedtime so you’re ready to sleep when it kicks in. Because this is a natural product, give it a few nights to work with your system, though many people feel the shift the very first time they use it.

​Just a few important precautions to keep in mind with this one. Because these herbs are powerful sedatives, please don’t drive or operate heavy machinery after taking your dose. It is also best to avoid alcohol while using this tincture, as it can amplify the drowsiness. Most importantly, this blend is not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding due certain compounds in the Passion Flower and Valerian.
